Under the direction of the PremierTox District Business Manager, builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Position Details:

  • Growth of new business through account prospecting, cold calling, networking and other lead generation efforts;
  • Deliver effective client-centric relationship management to existing clients while actively developing a pipeline of prospects;
  • Remote management of clients and build commitment from physicians and their staff to appropriately monitor patients on an on-going basis;
  • Partner with extended account services team ensuring client satisfaction;
  • Execute remote educational programs, which provide physicians with a forum to learn about toxicology services, test ordering, and trends;
  • Achieve territory goals set by Supervisor in prescribed timeframe;
  • Adhere to confidentiality requirements (patient files/HIPAA, personal and proprietary information);
  • Manage Onsite Specimen Collectors/Processors within accounts;
  • Work within allotted budget to maximize sales.

Educational Preferences:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university;
  • Minimum two years sales; preferably within a healthcare/pain management environment or inside sales;
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing client accounts and earning new business remotely;
  • Existing clinical contacts in the pain management, addiction recovery, primary care and/or mental health care field preferred
  • Knowledge of physician issues such as liability, patient monitoring for compliance and quality of care
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to rapidly increase sales;
  • Ability to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic;
  • Ability to work independently and with various teams;
  • Understanding of insurance and reimbursement;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to understand and present technical material.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, car and insurance as required by Company policy;

  • Strong ability in reading and speaking English;
